Wedding / party and conference

Even if it is not the most important thing during a conference the food certainly plays a big part. Here at Husby Säteri we are creating that little special touch that turns the meal into a great feast. We are only using the finest of ingredients, mainly nearby and ecological produce.

We lay the tables for the feast on white linen and with candelabras in the old Castle Dining Room. We can greet 80 – 85 guests in a royal atmosphere underneath the heavy crystal chandeliers.

 We produce most our own meat at Husby Säteri. We have a 50 hectare enclosure with red deer, fallow deer and mouflon.

Starter: Deer mousse rolls

Main Course: Smoked Salmon with new potatoes & caviar sauce , and fresh vegetables .

Dessert: Chocolate pastry with cream and berries
